The GE-HUM+ sensor has been specially designed for the GENIUS iTouch series (Multi-Zone, Light, 8 Zones) for use inside intensive livestock buildings or outside the building.

By way of a digital MGCB port, the GE-HUM+ sends to the controller the humidity level and both the exterior and interior temperature of a building.

The GE-HUM+ probe does not require a power source, being powered through the communication cabling.

Humidity Probe Description

Using its integrated and highly accurate sensor, the GE-HUM+ measures the relative humidity from 0 to 100RH% and temperature from -40 to +122ºF (-40 to +50ºC).The GE-HUM+ has been specially designed to be used inside or outside livestock buildings.

Its detachable gold-plated connector prevents its oxydation and allows the probe to be safely removed during pressure wash of the building.

A sintered stainless steel filter prevents dust from reaching the sensor.Installation is simplified through the use of 2-wire communication cabling of a maximum length of 820 feet (250 m).
